The auxiliary equipment of industrial steam boilers includes burners, make-up pumps, control cabinets, economizers, condensers, sub-cylinders, boiler water treatment equipment, instrument valves, etc.
The functions of each device are described as follows:
1. Burner
The burner and the corrugated furnace compose the combustion system of the gas boiler, and the fuel and air are reasonably proportioned and burned.
2. Control cabinet
Various control components are installed on the control cabinet, which are used to control the various instruments of the boiler, and then control the on-off, start and stop of the boiler, monitor the water level, pressure and temperature of the boiler, and control the parameters within a safe range.
3. Economizer, condenser
The energy-saving device of the boiler reduces the exhaust gas temperature and increases the boiler inlet water temperature.
4. Sub-cylinder
Used to divert steam to different production workshops.
5. Water treatment equipment
Reduce boiler water hardness, avoid boiler scaling, ensure boiler thermal efficiency and prolong service life.
6. Instrument valve
Including boiler pressure gauges, water level gauges, thermometers, safety valves, electric contact pressure gauges and other boiler instrumentation valves.
