Product introduction

The organic heat carrier boiler is a new type of special boiler, also known as the thermal oil boiler, with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics, and its heating temperature can reach 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase.

Organic heat carrier can be used for heating in various production occasions that require uniform and stable heating and do not allow direct flame heating. The heating temperature is between 150°C and 320°C.

Organic heat carrier boilers generally use coal, oil, and gas as fuel and heat transfer oil as the medium. The thermal oil circulating oil pump is used to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. The heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. High working temperature can be obtained under the low pressure, and can carry out high-precision control of the operation of the medium.

The system has high heat utilization rate and convenient operation and maintenance. It is an ideal heating equipment with safety, high efficiency and energy saving.


Production advantage:

1. The boiler adopts the structure of anti-coke collector box, which is located on both sides of the grate and is directly in contact with the burning material layer. As the main heat-absorbing surface at the bottom of the furnace, the purpose is to absorb some heat, adjust the temperature of the fuel layer, prevent coking, and cool the coking slag, which is not bonded to the side wall.

2. Water cooling device (More than 10 ton boiler) is arranged at the coal gate of the boiler to reduce the temperature here and prevent burnt the coal gate. The combustion of the boiler is more stable.3. Compact structure, compared with the same type of boiler, small size, saving boiler room infrastructure investment.

3. Runs steadily and convenient adjustment.

4. The high efficiency and energy saving furnace arch of heat resistant concrete is adopted in the furnace, which improves the fuel ignition condition, adopts independent air chamber, achieves reasonable air distribution, and forms an air power field favorable to combustion in the furnace, thus enlarging the adaptability of fuel.

5. The smoke window at the outlet of the boiler arch has a certain dedusting effect.
